Indications:
For the temporary relief of Insomnia, Restless Sleep and Over-active Mind.

Directions:
• Adults (12 years and older): 1 tablet to be dissolved in the mouth 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 3 more times.
• Children (6 to11 years): 1 tablet 2 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times.
• Young children (1 to 5 years): ½ tablet 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, ½ tablet every 15 minutes, up to 3 more times. Infants (0-12 months): ½ tablet 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, ½ tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times.

Ingredients:
Each 300 mg tablet contains as active ingredients: Avena sativa 2X (mental exhaustion), Passiflora incarnata 2X 0.6mg (Sleeplessness), Zincum valerianicum 4X 0.6mg (Nervous insomnia) , Coffea cruda 12X 0.6 mg (Insomnia) each. Inactive ingredients: Lactose, Magnesium stearate.
